The Property Investor Network website is rocking with over 400 members registered. Pace has definitely increased and our Alexa rankings going up by amazing percentages. The website forum is rocking with members regularly logged in to read discussions and post questions of their own.

As the site grows we are starting to monetize it. Until now everything about the website has been free. This has made it easy for people to register and get to know the site while deriving immediate benefit. We recently concluded a deal with one of South Africa's leading real-estate analysts "Rode" to sell the Rode Report to members at a discounted price. We have also opened our consulting section and already in the first moth we are receiving requests for paid consultation via the website. The consultations are working well. I think people appreciate not having to travel in order to get consultation. We find that many of our members living abroad are also taking advantage.

So the Property Investor Network website is making great strides, but there is still much work to be done. We need to develop new product and service offerings such as contracts and training courses. With time all this will come and a critical mass will develop.
